Sonia Neffati has been with the ArcelorMittal Group for 24 years. She joined the company as the person responsible for personal tax within the Tax Department. Since January 2013, she has led Group Compensation & Benefits, Organisation Design, and International Mobility. In parallel, she served as Head of HR for the CIS countries for nearly six years.

Prior to joining ArcelorMittal, Sonia spent six years in international tax consulting and compensation and benefits advisory services, working with Deloitte in Germany and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris X, France, and an MBA completed in France and Spain.
