Markus Seppälä is Senior Manager, Executive Compensation and Share Plans at global specialty chemicals producer Clariant. A stand-up comedian and three-time TEDx speaker, he engages diverse audiences with humor and enthusiasm. Markus is based in Basel, Switzerland.

Markus’ corporate career spans global advisory firms PwC in Sweden and Ernst & Young in Australia, as well as life science leaders Syngenta and Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland. He began doing stand-up comedy in 2017. Performing in English, German, Swedish and Finnish, Markus has made audiences laugh on four continents, including in the US, UK, Japan, China, Kenya, Dubai, and across Europe.
