With a background in monetary economics Isabel began her career as a management trainee at ABN AMRO. Over 25 years, she held various roles across Human Resources, International Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and Strategy, including serving as Director HR International and Country Executive in Spain. Her growing interest in sustainability led her to pursue advanced training in Circular Economy and Sustainable Strategies at the University of Cambridge. Since 2022 Isabel is Group director HR at Triodos Bank, one of the most sustainable banks in the world. Since May 2023, she has also been a member of SER Topvrouwen, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and impactful leadership.
