Before joining the company in 2022, she spent nearly a decade as Senior General Manager Group HR at KBC Bank & Insurance, where she played a central role in supporting the bank’s digital transformation and developing a future‑ready workforce. Before her tenure at KBC, Anette held senior HR roles at SD Worx, Oracle, Agfa and Proximus, contributing to international HR operations and major organizational transformations.

She is an active member of Women on Board, advocating for gender diversity and balanced corporate governance, and serves on the board of Bank Delen.
