He is an experienced, hands-on HR executive with a strong track record of guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth, industry disruption, and major restructuring.

Prior to joining Adevinta, Michiel held key executive leadership roles at Accell Group and Fokker Technologies, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives and helped further professionalize HR functions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and studied Organization Science at Tilburg University.
