Thomas Dudenhoeffer brings more than 30 years broad HR experience, all gained in the electronics industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration and worked for Siemens and Infineon Technologies before his current role leading the HR organization at TTI in Europe. TTI, Inc. – A Berkshire Hathaway company – is a global specialty distributor of passive, interconnect, electromechanical and discrete components. In this role he is in charge of all operational and strategic people related topics from HR Services, Performance and Talent Management over Digitization to Employee Experience including Internal Communication and Culture.
